    Between our sessions, you’ll have to full access to me ask me questions or to celebrate your wins with you!

How it works

What sessions looks like

Our very first session together, we’ll dive into what you’re looking to achieve during our time together - this may involve more talking than moving.

Each session after will start with a check-in, a meditation, and then we’ll dive into the session.

I believe that self-study is hugely instrumental in empowering ourselves so we’ll always close with 5 minutes of meditation and about 5ish minutes for you to collect thoughts and journal things that came up for you during our session.

You will get a recording of the session as well as “homework” that I am always here to support you with if needed.

Right now, I am able to schedule clients up to 2 months out, and as early as next week. Sessions and packages are sliding scale and listed below. If you’re interested, please reach out - we can chat about what payment options feel best for you and availability for both of us.
