Hi I’m Liselle! I’m a dancer turned yoga teacher who for years felt super connected to my body and used movement to connect to others. Fast forward to 2016, when a chain of unexpected events left me feeling unable to connect to my body in the way I used to.

What started out as a practice to rehab my body ended up reconnecting me to all the parts of myself I had neglected for a long time.

I want to empower you to create your own conscious connections to yourself, others and the world around you.

Whether you have years of movement experience or none at all, you’ll unlock something new about yourself and find more balance between your body, mind and soul. With classes that are dynamic, athletic, and balanced, you’ll have the time and space to think less, feel more.
